Thomas Ridgley

Consultant Director

Over the past fifteen years, Thomas has supported clients across a wide range of sectors in the UK and internationally within energy, environmental, sustainability, and quality management. His technical expertise includes environmental and waste management, environmental law and compliance, EMS, EnMS, QMS design and implementation, training, auditing, resource efficiency, energy and carbon management, ESG and sustainability reporting, renewable energy technologies, and SECR and ESOS compliance. He is a recognised lead auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 50001 and has experience delivering lead auditor training in the same standards for an IRCA registered training body. Thomas is also a full Member of the Institute of Sustainability & Environmental Professionals (MISEP), a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), a Practitioner member of the Chartered Quality Institute (PCQI) and a Low Carbon Consultant and ESOS Lead Assessor with the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE).

Brooke Hawkins

Junior Environmental Consultant

Brooke holds a BSc (Hons) in Global Environmental Change and Sustainability from the University of Birmingham and is currently completing an MSc in Health, Safety and Environmental Management at the same institution. She is a registered Environmental Practitioner (REnvPrac) and a Practitioner member of the Institute of Sustainability & Environmental Professionals (PISEP), demonstrating her practical expertise in supporting environmental and sustainability issues. Brooke has also undertaken IRCA-accredited ISO 14001 EMS Internal Auditor training, strengthening her existing capabilities in supporting ISO management systems and ensuring compliance.

Andy Young

Associate Consultant

Andy brings many years of consultancy experience supporting organisations across a range of sectors with environmental, quality and health and safety management. His key areas of expertise include risk assessment, organisational and strategic reviews, cultural improvement initiatives, and supporting businesses to strengthen their operational and compliance performance. Alongside his consultancy work, Andy has extensive experience as an ISO management systems Lead Auditor, auditing against ISO 14001, 9001, 45001 and 20121. This provides valuable insight into certification requirements and enables him to effectively support organisations in developing, implementing and maintaining robust management systems that meet international standards.
